 WELCOME! Welcome to Reformation Church in Blue Bell! Here at this church, we can't promise you'll be entertained with high-energy music, or thrilling performances, emotionally-engineered worship or trendy programs, but we will promise you that you'll get the Bible. Because in our worship, we read the Bible, sing the Bible, pray the Bible, and we preach the Bible; verse by verse, chapter by chapter, book by book. WHO ARE WE? As the people of God,
we expect our entire salvation in Jesus
Christ alone, since salvation is found in no one else (Acts 4:12). We
believe that our sins are completely washed away by His blood, and that the
Holy Spirit whom He sent guarantees this great salvation (Ephesians 1:13).
Therefore this salvation is by
grace alone, without any human merit or contribution; from beginning to end
our salvation is a gift
from God
(Philippians 2:8‑10)! In light of this there is
every reason for us to live our entire lives to God's praise and glory alone,
the very purpose for which we have been created! WHAT TO EXPECT IF YOU VISIT We sing out of the "Book of Praise," an Anglo-Genevan Psalter. It contains all 150 psalms put to music, as well as 65 hymns. Extra copies of these for visitors can be found in the cupboard immediately to the right when entering through the main front door. Reformation Church in Blue Bell was instituted on October 8, 1985, and
is affiliated with the federation of Canadian and American Reformed Churches. |
